Harvested by hand in 16kg boxes, the grapes are selected upon entering the winery. Cold pre-fermentation for 5 days and fermentation in steel tanks with autochthonous yeasts at a controlled temperature not exceeding 28ºC. Malolactic fermentation in French oak barrels. 16 months in new French oak barrels.
View: cherry red, garnet rim. Nose: aroma of ripe fruit. Mouth: balanced, between fruit and wood. Long and intense finish.
