White wine made with bunches of the Viura and Malvasía varieties. Macerates a few hours with its skins to later go to the press. The fermentation and aging takes place in new French oak barrels with a specific toast, together with its lees, mixing regularly for 8 months.
Visual Phase: Golden color. Olfactory Phase: Intense on the nose, highlighting the aromas enhanced by its stay in the barrel with its lees. The fruity and balsamic sensations stand out. Gustatory Phase: In the mouth it is unctuous, elegant and complex, very balanced. Long and intense finish. Pairing: Wine especially suitable for any type of fish.
