Cold maceration of the must with the skins. Malolactic in new barrels. Aged for 12 months only in new 90% French oak and 10% American oak barrels.
Intense red with cherry-colored iridescence. On the nose it is frank and pleasant with a marked aroma of ripe red fruit with light hints of compote fruit, well accompanied by sweet notes and wood. A wine with a character very marked by ripe fruit with hints of black fruit is discovered. The tannins of the wood are appreciated in a sweet way, spicy with an aftertaste of nuts.
