Red wine, matured in oak, with symbiosis of both varieties. The Listán Negro (60-70%), provides the Atlantic character, fresh, alive and original, while the Syrah (30-40%), grown in our family vineyard, provides the necessary structure for maturation in barrels. Both wines are made separately, coupage of the two before malolactic fermentation, which takes place in French oak barrels, of different toasts and a capacity of 500 L. Here they begin their aging of between 3 and 6 months (depending on the needs of each vintage), seeking greater complexity and balance between fruit and wood. Its production ends after a period of aging in the bottle, which will provide roundness and unctuousness.
Color: Intense garnet red, medium layer, wine and elegant Aroma: A unique wine, complex due to the coupage of both varieties and their aging in oak, red fruits such as cassis or raspberry, toasted touches of toffee or caramel. Penetrating and Atlantic in character due to its freshness. Mouth: Sweet, fresh and balanced entry, with ripe tannins that lengthen its journey. It is a wide and unique wine of limited production and laborious to elaborate. The harmony between fruity and toasted aromas stands out, the latter coming from aging. It pairs with red meat, game and Canarian sancocho, as well as an impressive finish to the table.
