Elaboration: Each parcel is harvested at its optimum moment of maturity to achieve the maximum potential of this variety and to make expressive, perfumed and balanced wines. Once in the winery, the production takes place in American oak barrels. After a short period of maceration with their skins, fermentation starts spontaneously without the addition of yeasts, and the temperature is controlled between 15 and 18 ºC. Fermented and aged in American oak barrels for 12 months. Stabilized with its own lees. Bottling date November 29, 2014. Production 1530 bottles
Tasting: Golden yellow, bright. Wide aroma of melon, candied pineapple, anise, cocoa and subtle notes of bakery. It is oily and round. With a powerful attack and remarkable persistence.
