After being crushed, the must is left to macerate for 6 to 8 hours at a low temperature to achieve the maximum expression of the aromas. Fermentation takes place in a controlled way, with a temperature of approximately 16 ºC in stainless steel tanks.

View: Straw yellow color with greenish reflections. Nose: Classic aromas of tropical fruits. Mouth: Citrus flavors, also passion fruit and currant.
