The elaboration begins with a destemming of the grapes and a gentle pressing, the different varieties are vinified separately and after making the coupage, they are aged for 12 months in American oak barrels.
Tasting note
Golden yellow color. Aroma of very ripe white fruit (quince, dried apricots, peach in syrup), and candied fruit. Presence of nuts (almonds), and vanilla and toasted nuances from its aging in the barrel. On the palate it is voluptuous and deep, rounded and complex. Perfect balance of acidity with fruit, mellow and smoky wood. Mineral finish with saline nuances. Long and persistent wine.
