The harvested grapes fermented for 9 days between 23 and 28ºC, followed by a 10-day maceration. The vine that produces this wine is cultivated by glass, without irrigation, without chemical fertilization, middle age, strict pruning in winter, green pruning in June, balanced cultivation and harvest by hand. Yield three times lower than that of trellised vines, three times higher quality grape. 18 months in oak barrels from 2 origins.
Tasting note
Cherry red with a very high layer. Aromas of fruit and wood are assembled and memories of ripe red fruits, leather, toasted, vanilla begin to appear. On the palate it is a well structured and balanced wine, the integration of alcohol and acidity is excellent and an aftertaste different from the classic Valduero range is appreciated.
