Climate: Vintage with a marked Atlantic influence and a slow evolution of the grape during the last weeks of the cycle. The mild weather in September made it possible to wait for the optimal phenolic maturation of the different plots. Harvest: The ripe bunches are harvested by hand and transported in boxes to the winery. Vinification: Each variety is fermented separately until the decision of the final assembly. Ageing: The wine remains for 18 months in extra-fine grain French oak barrels and is refined in a concrete tank.
Tasting note
View: Clean, with an attractive color and an intense layer. Nose: Mineral aromas, spices, liquorice, caramel, chocolate and a very complex spicy touch. The red fruit stands out, with menthol and notes of scrubland. Mouth: Fresh, balanced, intense and with great persistence. Soft tannins, integrated wood and with a lot of potential to age. Service temperature: 16ºC.
