Clean and bright, almost pale. At first, aromas of fresh fruit: granny-smith apple and grapefruit, with soft floral and herbaceous touches of fennel, star anise, acacia flower and orange blossom, to give way to white, ripe and intense fruit: pear and melon, and hints stone fruit, nectarine. Its unctuousness in the mouth surprises and we perceive its aromatic load even more. Its elegance and its refreshing and long finish create a perfect balance. Result of a warm vintage and excellent maturation. It will be refined in the bottle for years to come.
