We collect the grapes manually in our limited production vineyard of 10 hectares. Fermentation, at a maximum controlled temperature of between 19º C and 20º C, gives this wine its powerful aromatic load.
Tasting note
Very light straw color. Fruity aroma with a background of pineapple and grapefruit. Balanced on the palate, it compensates for the corpulence with a slight acidity.
