All our wines come from our own vineyards integrated into the natural heritage in the terms of Alcanadre and Ausejo. We bet on the authentic, native varieties. 60-year-old Viuras located at 500 to 600 meter altitudes and Garnacha Blanca on slopes with calcareous clay soils. Made with grapes pressed in an inert atmosphere with great care, giving rise to the yolk must that, after racking, undergoes alcoholic fermentation at a controlled temperature.
