Santiago Ruiz- The father of Albariño In his family, wine was already made since the end of the 19th century and he continued with the tradition. It wasn't until he retired that he fully dedicated himself to his passion for wine. In 1984, Santiago Ruiz materialized his passion and founded his winery, where he made a white wine that will be one of the first to incorporate a label. Today the family continues its legacy and its bond with the white wines of O Rosal.

Color: Straw yellow, with golden reflections, bright Aroma: Aromatic nasal passage, medium high potency, primary aromas (pineapple, peach), fine hints of aromatic herbs, creamy, butter. Taste: Complex, broad, unctuous, long and good mid palate. Well constituted, persistent, notes of ripe white fruit, baked apple, white flowers, chamomile.
