Matured for the first three months in the barrel itself in the presence of fine lees, making two batonages per week (putting the lees in suspension). Subsequent barrel aging for 6 months.
Tasting note
Deep straw yellow color, clean, very bright and with bright greenish flashes on the rim. Aroma fine balsamic and aniseed notes with delicate toasted and smoked hints. Abundant floral and fruity aromatic nuances (banana, apple, peach). Very complex, suggestive, with good intensity and great personality. On the palate, it is well structured, silky and tasty, combining in perfect balance the wide fruitiness (tropical fruits) with the delicate integrated notes of fine woods.
