After fermentation, we keep the wine on its lees for two months with periodic battonages. Then it rests at low temperature for eight months until it is taken to the bottle where it finishes refining.
Marked tropical character, with hints of mango and pineapple, a remarkable minerality, and earthy nuances. On the palate full of flavors, juicy and smooth, with very good structure and body. In addition, its high acidity gives it freshness and facilitates the perfect aging of the wine.
