3 days of cold pre-fermentation maceration, carrying out daily pumping over and delestage during its fermentation at controlled temperatures, in conical stainless steel tanks. Aged for 18 months in Bordeaux barrels: 50% American oak and 50% of new French oak and two years old. Later stay in bottle rack for two years.
Tasting note
Clean and bright, ruby red color. High intensity on the nose, the tertiary aromas of the aging stand out: spices, cocoa, orange peel. It still has fruit aromas typical of the variety: black fruit and candied fruit. The palate is round, easy to drink, with good acidity, soft tannins and a fruity aftertaste. Clear typicality of the reserves in the Haro Station District.
