The best Tempranillo plots from Finca Legardeta (The island, Trasfalerías) are carefully harvested by hand in small 200 kg containers, later in the winery the grapes are selected and vatted by gravity in 20,000 kg stainless steel tanks. Color: Intense, deep garnet. Little evolved. Aroma: Intense, complex, very subtle. Black fruit (blueberry, currant, plum, sloe jam) and red (cherry) predominate. Some spicy notes and subtle hints of woods. Palate: Medium-high body. Friendly entrance; mid palate with very tasty and expressive tannins, without any astringency, balanced acidity
