Visual Phase: Cherry red color with steely trim. High layer. Olfactory Phase: With aroma of ripe black fruit and spicy touches. Taste Phase: In the mouth it shows good acidity and ripe tannin. Long and persistent. It goes perfectly with cured cheeses, aged meats and grilled vegetables.
