Visual phase: Clean and bright. Golden yellow color with greenish tones. Olfactory phase: Intense and complex aromas of stone fruits (peach) and citrus (grapefruit), with vegetable nuances (fennel) and dried fruits (almond), all of them harmonized with aromas from oak wood (smoke, coconut and vanilla ). Powerful and fresh taste, of great length and aromatic persistence of great intensity and complexity. Vinification: Destemmed- crushed. Cold pre-fermentation maceration. Pressed in a low pressure pneumatic press. Static settling by cold at 8º C. Alcoholic fermentation in new 225-liter barrels (50% American oak, 50% French fine grain oak). Aging: Aging on the lees in 6-month barrels with weekly stirring of the lees. Bottling: Filtered and bottled. Aging in the bottle for at least 6 months.

Tasting Phase: -Tasty, fresh and balanced, sensations of apple, yellow plum, spices, creamy notes, pleasant finish and citrus (Gourmets Guide). -Powerful, tasty, dry, mineral, with a delicate appearance of noble woods (incense and sandalwood), with excellent structure, lees, somewhat saline background, acid balance and white fruit, floral and mountain herbs.
